博乐欣与氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫症的对照研究

目的 :本文旨在探讨 5 -HT抑制博乐欣治疗强迫症疗效及副作用与氯丙咪嗪比较。方法 :选择符合诊断标准的强迫症 36例 ,随机分成A、B两组。A组口服博乐欣 ,初始剂量 5 0mg/d ,1～ 2周内加到 1 0 0～ 2 5 0mg/d ;B组服安拿芬尼 ,初始剂量 5 0mg/d ,1～ 2周内加到1 0 0～ 2 5 0mg/d ;观察 8周后疗效及副作用。结果 :A组显效 1 2例 ,有效 6例 ,总有效率6 6 6 9% ;B组 ,显效 1 3例 ,有效 4例 ,总有效率 72 2 2 % ,两组比较无显著差异。结论 :博乐欣是一种安全有效的抗强迫症的新药

Comparison Study on Obsession Treated with Venlafaxine and Chlorimipramine

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of 5-HT inhibitor vanlafaxine and its side effect compared with chlorimipramine.Methods:36 cases of obsession patients who obtained certain diagnosis were divided into 2 groups randomly.Group A was treated with vanlafaxine at initial dose of 50mg/d and added to 100～250mg/d within 1～2 weeks at test group.Group B was treated with chlorimipramine at initial dose of 50mg/d and added to 100～250mg/d within 1～2 weeks.The curative effect and side effect were observed after 8 weeks.Results:The curative cases were 12 in Group A and 13 in Group B.The effective cases were 6 in Group A and 4 in Group B.The total effective rates were 66.69% in A and 72.22% in B.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Vanlafaxine should be a new and safe drug for obsession patient.
