摘 要: | 目的:从金银花Lonicera japonica Thunb.中分离出活性成分环烯醚萜苷类化合物。方法:金银花70%乙醇提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取,乙酸乙酯部位采用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离、纯化。通过波谱方法鉴定结构。结果:分离得到一个新的裂环环烯醚萜苷,命名为dehydromorroniside。结论:该化合物为忍冬属中发现的第3个morroniside型裂环环烯醚萜苷。

A New Secoiridoid Glucoside from Lonicera japonica |

Abstract: | AIM: Iridoid glucosides were expected to be isolated from the flower buds of Lonicera japonica Thunb.. METHOD:The 70% EtOH extract of L. japonica was successively partitioned with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-BuOH. The ethyl acetate fraction was subjected to silica gel column to afford the compound (1). RESULT: On the basis of the spectral analysis, the structure was confirmed as dehydromorroniside. CONCLUSION: This compound was the third morroniside type secoiridoid glucoside reported in the genus Lonicera. |
