曲安奈德含漱液联合康复新含漱液治疗口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效

目的 探讨曲安奈德含漱液与康复新含漱液联合应用治疗口腔扁平苔藓的近期临床疗效.方法 将160例口腔扁平苔藓患者按随机数字表法分成2组,每组80例.对照组使用康复新含漱液10 Ml含漱5 min,3次·d-1,疗程30 d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用曲安奈德含漱液10 Ml含漱5 min,3次·d-1,疗程30 d.对2组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)及疗效进行比较.结果 治疗组治疗1、2周,1个月的VAS评分明显低于对照组、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 曲安奈德含漱液联合康复新含漱液治疗口腔扁平苔藓有较好的短期临床疗效.

Short-term Efficacy of Triamcinolone Acetonide Combined with Kangfuxin Solution in Treatment of Erosive Oral Lichen Planus
