| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨皮肤撕脱伤的修复治疗.方法 对56例皮肤撕脱伤患者在早期常规行清创术后均采用中厚皮片原位回植修复创面,同时处理合并损伤.结果 56例患者中,优17例(30.3%);良37例(66.1%),其中皮片成活90%以上者33例,成活80%以上者4例;差2例(3.6%),原因为回植皮片后皮下合并感染,后经换药或使用负压吸引后再次大部游离植皮术后愈合.所有患者均获6～18个月的随访,伤口均愈合,皮片成活后功能良好.结论 准确判断伤情和正确选用创面修复方法是确保治疗成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the management of skin avulsion injuries.Methods Medical records of 56 patients with skin avulsion injuries were retrospectively reviewed.Split-thickness skin grafting was performed in all patients after early debridement.The combined injuries were treated simultaneously.Results Among the 56 patients,results were excellent in 17(30.3%),good in 37(66.1%) and poor in 2(3.6%).Graft survival was more than 90% in 33 patients and more than 80% in 4 patients.After 6 to 18 months of follow-up,ski... |
