| 摘 要： | 目的:以橙皮苷为指标对清热安神合剂进行定量分析,建立清热安神合剂中橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法:应用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(35∶65)为流动相,在283 nm波长下测定清热安神合剂中橙皮苷含量。结果:在上述测定条件下,橙皮苷在64 ng～1 280 ng范围内线性关系良好。测定方法重复性良好,RSD=1.41%(n=6),清热安神合剂中橙皮苷的平均回收率为100.72%(n=5),RSD=1.28%。结论:该方法简便,准确,易操作,可作为清热安神合剂质量的控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for determining content of hesperidin in Qingre Anshen Heji.Method：RP-HPLC was performed on C18 column with methanol-water（35∶65）as mobile phase,detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.Results：The liner range of hesperidin was 64 ng～1 280 ng,the average recovery rate was 100.72%（n=5）,RSD was 1.28%.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used for quality control of Qingre Anshen Heji. |
