摘    要:
目的研究重组人促红细胞生成素(rhEPO)对大鼠创伤性脑损伤的创伤灶周围神经细胞凋亡的影响。探讨rhEPO对大鼠创伤性脑损伤的保护作用。方法采用改进的Feeney氏法制作脑创伤模型,而后实验组立即腹腔注射5000u/kg rhEPO,对照组和假手术组注射生理盐水。于伤后12h、48h、120h处死动物,制作脑切片后行HE染色、TUNEL染色。结果rhEPO干预组与对照组、假手术组比较,各时间点rhEPO治疗组创伤灶周围TUNEL阳性细胞数比对照组显著减少,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论rhEPO可以抑制神经细胞凋亡,对大鼠创伤性脑损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of rhEPO on cell apoptosis around the traumatic brain zone and explore its protect role in traumatic brain injury.Methods The model was made by improved Freeney's free weight traumatic brain injury.After the model was made,the animals in rhEPO groups were respectively rejected with EPO(5 000 u/kg),while natural saline in sham groups and the control groups.The rats were killed after 12 h,48 h and 120 h respectively.HE and TUNEL staining were performed on the slides of the ...
