| 摘 要： | 目的研究重组人促红细胞生成素（rhEPO）对大鼠创伤性脑损伤的创伤灶周围神经细胞凋亡的影响。探讨rhEPO对大鼠创伤性脑损伤的保护作用。方法采用改进的Feeney氏法制作脑创伤模型，而后实验组立即腹腔注射5000u／kg rhEPO，对照组和假手术组注射生理盐水。于伤后12h、48h、120h处死动物，制作脑切片后行HE染色、TUNEL染色。结果rhEPO干预组与对照组、假手术组比较，各时间点rhEPO治疗组创伤灶周围TUNEL阳性细胞数比对照组显著减少，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论rhEPO可以抑制神经细胞凋亡，对大鼠创伤性脑损伤具有保护作用。 |
