摘    要:
目的:建立食品中铀及其同位素比值的分析方法。方法:食品经湿法消化后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:总铀的测定的精密度优于1.5%、检出限小于0.02μg/kg,加标回收为94.8%~101%;235 U/238 U同位素比值测定的精密度优于0.8%,标准物质的分析结果和证书值一致。结论:可采用ICP-MS准确测定食品中的铀及其同位素比值,方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:
Objective:To develop an analytical method for determination of uranium and its isotope ratio in food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:The samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after digestion.Results:The detection limit,RSDs and recoveries of total uranium were 0.02 μg/kg,1.5% and 94.8%~101% respectively,RSD of isotope ratio of 235U/238U was better than 0.8%,the analytical results of standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and accuracy,and can determine uranium and its isotope ration in food.
