| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨益气活血、化瘀通络法治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将68例急性脑梗塞的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组予西医常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组予中药汤剂。观察治疗前后的中医证候疗效及积分,神经功能缺损评分,日常生活能力评分和血液流变学指标,进行比较分析。结果:观察组的总有效率为91.18%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且观察组的中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组(P0.05),日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P0.05),血液流变学指标的改善优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:益气活血、化瘀通络法治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞疗效确切,无毒副作用。

Clinical observation on treating acute cerebral infarction by the method of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety for treating Qixue Xueyu zheng acute cerebral infarction in Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo.Methods: 68 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,34 each.The control group treated with conventional western medicine,the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine to increase Chinese medicine decoction.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group,91.18%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Treating Qixu Xueyu zheng acute cerebral infarction in Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo had a good effect and no toxic side effects. |
