阿斯匹林与维生素对孕鼠血清和胎鼠头部组织微量元素含量的影响

摘    要:本文观察了阿司匹林(B组)和维生素A、C、E、叶酸(A组)以及二者合用(C组)对孕鼠血清Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu及其胎鼠头部组织Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu、Ca、Co、Pb、Ni、Cr含量的影响.结果:B、C组孕鼠血清Fe、Mn、Cu含量较正常对照组(N组)高(P分别<0.05,<0.001,<0.01),而Zn有降低趋势.A、B、C组胎鼠头部组织Zn、Fe、Cu含量均较N组降低(P<0.01),仅Mn含量较N组增高(P<0.01);但Fe、Mn含量B、C组仍高于A组(P<0.01).而Pb、Ni含量A、B组则明显高于N、C组(P<0.05.<0.001),A组又低于B组(P<0.05,<0.01).提示阿司匹林和维生素可促进孕鼠Fe、Mn、Cu的吸收,但抑制Zn吸收;孕鼠血清Fe、Cu含量与胎鼠头部组织Fe、Cu含量为负相关.B组胎鼠头部组织Pb、Ni含量高和Zn含量低可能是阿司匹林致畸原因之一,也是其毒性表现.

Effects of Aspirin in Combination with Vitamins on the Contents of Trace Elements in the Serum of Pregnant Rats and in the Head Tissues of Embryo Rats

Abstract:In this study we have observed the effects of aspirin in combination with vitamins A,C, E and folic acid on the contents of Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu in the serum of regnant rats and on the content of Zn, Fe, Mn, Cu, Ca, Co, Pb, Ni and Cr in the head tisues of embryo rats. The results were as follows: the contents of Fe , Mn and Cu in the serum of pregnant rats of the aspirin group(group B) and aspirin in combination with vitamins group (group C) were increased compared with those of the normal group (group N) (PM<0. 05,<0. 001,<0. 01,respectively). The content of Zn showed tendency to decrease.The contents of Zn, Fe and Cu in the head tissues of embryo rats of the vitamin group A,B and C were lower than that of group N (P<0.01), but the content of Mn was higher than that of group N(P<0.01). However, the contents of Fe and Mn in the head tissues of embryo rats of group B and C were higher than that of group A(P<0. 01). Whereas the contents of Pb and Ni of group A and B were markedly higher than those of group N and C(P<0. 05,<0. 001),but the content of group A was lower than that of group B (P<0. 05,<0. 01). These results suggest that aspirin and vitamins may facilitate the absorption of Fe,Mn and Cu,but inhibit the absorption of Zn. The contents of Fe and Cu in the serum of pregnant rats were negatively related with those in the head tissues of embryo rats. The high content of Pb and Ni and low content of Zn in the head tissues of embryo rats may be responsible for aspirin-induced teratosis and is a manifestation of its toxicity.
