摘 要: | 目的:研究钛表面接枝十八烯-马来酸酐共聚物的后在SBF溶液中的矿化行为。方法:钛表面用氢氧化钠溶液处理后再作三乙氧基氨丙基硅烷处理,与十八烯-马来酸酐共聚物反应,然后将表面的酸酐基水解,形成含羧基的共聚物表面,浸入SBF溶液中,用电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪(EDX)表征材料表面矿化物的形貌和结构。结果:浸入SBF溶液1周后,在十八烯-马来酸酐改性的钛片表面沉积了颗粒状羟基磷灰石。随着矿化时间的延长,钛片表面沉积的羟基磷灰石增多。结论:在钛片表面接枝十八烯-马来酸酐交替共聚物能促进羟基磷灰石在钛片表面的形成,提高钛表面的生物活性。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the mineralization of poly(octadecene-alt-maleic anhydride)covalently attached on titanium surface in simulate body fluid(SBF).Methods:The titanium plates were treated by 10mol/L NaOH,95% ethanol containg of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and acetone containing poly(octadecene-alt-maleic anhydride)respectively.The poly(octadecene-alt-maleic anhydride)attached on the surface of titanium plates was transformed to poly(octadecene-alt-maleic acid)by hydrolysis.The titanium plates coated poly(octadecene-alt-maleic acid)were soaked in SBF.The precipitation on the plates was investigated with scanning electron micrograph(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDX).Results:The apatite particles started to form on the surface of Ti plates when they were soaked into SBF after 1week.The amount of the particles increased and their size enlarged with soaking time in SBF.Conclusion:The poly(octadecene-alt-maleic anhydride)covalently attached on titanium surface can promote apatite formation on the surface of samples and increase bioactivity of titanium. |
