对西宁地区糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变的发生率及其相关因素进行观察,分析。方法：对确诊 病的５００例患者,行眼部全面检查,部分眼底荧光血管造影。结果糖尿病虱５００例中,有糖尿病视膜病变者。

Clinical observation of diabetic retinopathy in Xining

Observation and analysis were undertaken to identify the incidence of diabetic retinopathy and its relevant factors among 500 cases of diabetics in Xining area (about 2 260 metres above sea level).Overall visual examinations were applied to 500 cases of diabetics and some were performed fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA).345 out of 500 cases were confirmed to be diabetic retinopathy account for 69%.The incidence of diabetic retinopathy in high altitude area was much higher than that in plain area and the period causes diabetic retinopathy occured within short history of diabetes in high altitude areas.
