影响乳腺癌改良根治术后复发转移的临床病理因素分析

目的 探讨影响乳腺癌术后局部复发与远处转移的临床病理因素.方法 对比分析我院1997年5月至2005年8月收治的女性乳腺癌初治病例中术后5年内复发转移患者与5年以上无复发生存患者的临床病理资料.结果 患者年龄、肿瘤组织病理类型、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、激素受体状态以及辅助化疗和内分泌治疗情况是影响乳腺癌术后复发转移的重要因素.结论 乳腺癌早期诊断和规范化治疗是降低乳腺癌术后复发转移,提高生存率的关键.

Clinical and pathological influencing factors for breast cancer recurrence and metastasis after mastectomy

Objective To discuss the clinical and pathological factors which influence breast cancer recurrence and metastasis after mastectomy.Methods The clinical and pathological data of the breast cancer patients,who underwent mastectomy in our hospital between May 1997 and August 2005,was collected.The differences between the patients whose diseases recurred and/or metastasized in 5 years after mastectomy and those who survived free of the disease more than 5 years were analyzed.Results Age,pathological type,tumor size,lymph node status,hormone receptor status adjuvant chemotherapy and endocrinotherapy were the important influencing factors.Conclusion Early diagnosis and standard therapy are key to degrade the rate of breast cancer recurrence and metastasis after mastectomy.
