根治术后腋下淋巴结阴性乳腺癌10年生存指标评价

目的　分析腋下淋巴结阴性 (AxillaryNode negative ,后称ANN )乳腺癌患者无病生存的相关临床因素 ,为临床提供此类病例良好预后的初步判断依据。方法　对 2 72例随访 10年以上根治术后ANN乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,比较 10年无病生存与 10年内复发、转移或死亡病例的临床预后因素 ,并进行统计分析。结果　预后与年龄、月经状况无关 ,与肿块大小、分布区域、病理类型有关。结论　肿块小于 2厘米 ,处于外下象限 ,病理为非浸润性癌、浸润性特殊型癌等因素可作为ANN患者的良好预后因素。

Evaluation of ten years living index for axillary node negative breast cancer after radical operation

Objective To analyze the interrelated clinical factors of axillary node negative (ANN) breast cancer patients,and to provide preliminary clinical judgement basis for this kind of cases.Methods 272 patients of ANN breast cancer after radical operation,which were followed up by regular visits over 10 years,were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical prognosis factors were carefully compared between the 10 years living cases of disease free and the cases of recurrence,metastasis or death within 10 years.The results were statistically analyzed.Results The prognosis was not correlated with age and menstrual condition,but with the tumor size,distribution and pathological type.Conclusion The size of tumor below 2cm,the tumor in an external position of the lower quadrant and the pathology of non invasive or invasive specific type would be the good prognosis factors for ANN breast cancer patients.
