额肌筋膜瓣双重悬吊治疗重度上睑下垂

目的：寻求可靠的治疗重度上睑下垂的手术方法。方法：通过对眉、额部的解剖观察，制备出完整的额肌、眼轮匝肌及SMAS筋膜复合组织瓣，下移进行双重弓状悬吊治疗，65只眼(56例)中重度上睑下垂，观察近期、远期临床效果。结果：被治疗的65只眼(56例)，术后3个月内有不同程度闭合不全，6个月闭合自如，外形自然、美观、无复发现象，术后随访36例41只眼3—12个月，有效率100％，优良率94．4％。结论：该方法是在原有额肌瓣治疗上睑下垂基础上的改良，较传统方法更加可靠。

Hanging arched the improved fronlalis muscle fascia to treatment severe blepharoptosis

Objective To search an effective surgery to treat severe blepharoptosis. Methods 56 patients(65 eyes)with severe blepharoptosis were treated with the surgery shifting down and hanging doubly arched the compounding valve made of frontalis muscle,orbicular muscle,SMAS fascia in term of the anatomy of eyebrow and forehead. Then the long and short term effect was observed. Results 36 patients(41 eyes) were followed 3-12 months after the operation.At three months,the eyes could not close with different degree,in six months, the eyes closed naturally with the fluent and beautiful form. The effective rate was 100%,and the excellent rate was 94.4%. Conclusion This improved method is more effective than traditional methods.
