| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床药师参与临床药物治疗的积极作用。方法：临床药师参与1例类风湿关节炎合并间质性肺炎患者药物治疗方案的制定及调整，并进行不良反应监护。结果：临床药师从药学角度为医师提供药学支持，得到临床医师的肯定。结论：临床药师协同医师制定用药方案并进行用药监护，对保障临床合理用药有积极作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To discuss the positive role of clinical pharmacists in clinical drug treatment. METHODS： The clinical pharmacists participated in making and adjusting therapeutic plans and providing pharmaceutical care for one patient with rheumatoid arthritis and interstitial pneumonia. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists＇ providing pharmaceutical support for clinicians from the aspect of pharmacy gained clinicians＇ favorable comment. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists＇ cooperation with clinicians in making therapeutic plans and providing pharmaceutical care for patients is conducive to ensuring clinical medication safety. |
