摘    要:目的:建立葛粉中铅含量的测定方法。方法:采用微波消解法处理葛粉样品,加入20.0g/L磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量。结果:加标回收率为95.23%~101.10%,RSD=4.68(n=6),检出限为10μg/kg。结论:该法简单、快速、准确,可用于葛粉中铅的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish method for determination of lead in arrowroot powder.Methods:The arrowroot sample was processed with microwave digestion.20.0 g/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was added to the sample as matrix modifier and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine lead content.Results:The recovery was 95.23%-101.10%,RSD=4.68(n=6),and the detection limit was 10 μg/kg.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and accurate,and can be used for determination of lead in arrowroot.
