| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅脑外伤患者血糖血镁水平及白细胞计数与格拉斯哥（GCS）评分之间的关系。方法：将197例颅脑外伤患者按照GCS评分分为轻型（12～15分）、中型（6～11分）、重型（3～5分）3组,检测患者血糖血镁浓度及白细胞计数。结果：随着GCS评分的降低,血糖浓度升高、血镁浓度降低、白细胞计数升高显著,与颅脑损伤有显著的相关性。结论：颅脑外伤后血液中的血糖浓度、血镁浓度及白细胞计数可以作为患者监测病情和判断预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the relationship of patients with craniocerebral injury among blood glucose level and blood magnesium concentration,leukocyte count and Glasgow（GCS） score.Methods：According to GCS score,the 197 patients with craniocerebral injury is divided into mild（12-15 points）,medium（6-11 points）,heavy（3-5） three groups.To test their blood glucose level,blood magnesium concentration and leukocyte count.Results：With the lower GCS score,blood glucose level increased,blood magnesium concentration decreased,leukocyte count increased significantly.There is a significant correlation among them.Conclusion：After craniocerebral injury,the blood glucose level,blood magnesium concentration and leukocyte count can be used as monitoring of the disease and prognostic indicator. |
