| 摘 要： | 本文通过5例经病理证实的坏死性淋巴结炎,提出了应当重视的一种伴有长期高热的自限性疾病。此病易在临床上误诊,故有必要提高本病的诊断水平。 |

| Abstract: | Five cases of pathologically proved necrotizing lymphadenitis were presented.It is a self- limited disease with long term fever.Usually an erroneous diagnosis was made. The authors considered that the clinician should cooperate with the pathologists to achieve a correct diagnosis of the disease. |
