中国中年人血沉参考值与地理因素的一元回归分析

目的：为制定中国中年人血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法：收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中年人血沉参考值，并对其与五项地理因素的关系进行了研究。结果：发现海拔高度是影响中年人血沉参考值最主要的因素，随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，中年人血沉参考值在逐渐减小，相关性很显著，用一元回归分析的方法推导出了十个一元回归方程。结论：如果知道了中国某地的地理因素，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中年人血沉参考值。

UNIVARIATE REGRESSION ANALYSIS BETWEEN REFERENCE VALUE OF CHINESE ADULT ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE (ESR) AND GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS

Objective:To establish a unified reference value standard for Chinese adult people's ESR.Method:The relationship hetween the reference value of bealthy Chinese adult people's ESR detendned by Wintrobe's method and the five geographical factors is analysed.Results:It is found that the altitude is the main factor affecting the reference value of ESR.As the altiude incares,the reference value of Chinese adult people's ESR decreases gradually,the correlation between them being quite obvious.Therefore, if the methed of mathematical regression analysis is applied, ten whvariate regression apahons are worked out.Conclusion: If geographical index values are known insome area, the reference value of Chinese adult people's ESR of that area can be reckoned by using a certain regression equation.
