严重烧伤致肠粘膜超微结构改变及临床意义

摘    要:目的:进一步研究严重烧伤后机体肠粘膜屏障功能改变及临床意义。方法:用大鼠复制皮肤Ⅲ°烫伤的动物模型,借助超薄切片技术,JEOL-100SX型透射电镜观察大鼠小肠粘膜的超微结构。结果:严重烧伤后小肠粘膜上皮的超微结构出现明显的病理改变。结论:皮肤严重烧伤可以致肠粘膜的屏障功能遭受严重破坏。

Abstract:Objective: To study further the changes and the influence of intestinal permeability after severe burn. Method: 20 wister rats were divided into two groups: One proup of the rats were not with bum and fed freely. While the other with bum and fed freely. The intestinal permeability was observed by transmiss electron microscope with techniques of electron microscopic ultrathin section. Result: There were remarkable ultrastructure changes in the gUt mucosa afer severe bum Conclusion the maintaining funchon of gut mucosa was injured severely after severe bum.
