| 摘 要： | 近年来引进的现代培训方法学是适宜于成人在职培训的一种很好方法。本文就在腹泻临床病例管理的培训中结合国情应用这种方法进行了总结。新的培训方法打破了传统的灌输讲课式的教学方法,采用新颖活泼的参与形式,尤其是运用任务分析的方法,明确了培训目的。并就培训内容选用适宜可行的培训方法和评估手段,收到了良好的培训效果。

| Abstract: | Recently a new training method is introduced into our training in service. It is very helpful to adult learning. Whentraining of clinical case management of diarrheal disease,we used this paticiipatary method.Especially using the task analysis the trainer knew the training objective clearly. According to the objective the training and assessment methods suitable for adult were chosen. By this way the training was very active and efectivs. |
