结核菌素对肺结核与肺部肿瘤病人痰巨噬细胞激发试验研究

目的　探索结核菌素试验作为测定痰巨噬细胞计数的激发试验用于肺结核与肺部肿瘤的鉴别。方法 皮内注射结核菌素,收集注射前后痰液,测定痰巨噬细胞在不同时间的数量变化。结果肺部肿瘤组和肺结核组相比,PPD均径无显著性差异 (P＞0.05),痰巨噬细胞计数在实验后24、48、72小时肺结核组较肺部肿瘤组有显著性差异 (P＜0.05)。结论 结核菌素试验作为测定痰巨噬细胞计数的激发试验用于肺结核与肺部肿瘤的鉴别是可行的。

The study on excited test of tuberculin in sputum macrophage of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and lung

Objective To investigate the available methods of differentiate pulmonary tuberculosis from lung tumor,the change of the number of sputum macrophage was determined by using tuberculin test.Methods Tuberculin was injected into subcutis.Sputum was collected before and after the injection.The changes of the sputum macrophage number were measured.Results Before the tuberculin test the average PPD diameter was no significant difference between pulmonary tuberculosis and lung tumor ( P>0.05) .After the test the number of sputum macrophage was obviously increased in pulmonary tuberculosis ( P< 0.05).Conclusion Determining the changes in number of sputum macrophage using tuberculin test was available method for differentiating pulmonary tuberculosis from lung tumor.
