| 妇科手术患者围手术期心理分析和护理干预 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预在妇科手术患者围手术期中术中的应用。方法将116例进行妇科手术的患者,随机分成干预组(64例);对照组(52例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组加以心理、行为,术后康复干预。两组入院后进行心理学调查和测量血压、心率。结果两组患者入院后血压、心率均无显著差异(P>0.05);手术前对照组血压、心率明显增快,(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论手术患者术前进行心理护理干预有利维持血压、心率的稳定。 |
