床边急诊腹膜透析治疗横纹肌溶解综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭25例护理体会

目的 探讨床边急诊腹膜透析（APD）在治疗横纹肌溶解综合征并急性肾衰（RM—ARF）中的疗效及护理体会。方法 对25例RM—ARF患者行床边APD，并进行观察和护理。结果 25例RM—ARF患者中19例治愈，4例尿量恢复正常，APD停止一段时间后血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）逐渐下降，因经济困难自动出院；2例并发多脏器功能障碍综合征（MODS）死亡。结论 床边APD是治疗RM—ARF的安全、有效的方法，精心护理是顺利完成治疗的保证。

Nursing Care of Patients with Rhabdomyolysis Related Acute Renal Failure Treated with Bedside Acute Peritoneal Dialysis

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care on patients with Rhabdomyolysis related acute renal failure(RMARF) treated with bedside acute peritoneal dialysis(APD).Methods 25 patients with RM-ARF treated with bedside APD were enrolled in this study,and received nursing intervention,the effect was evaluated subsequently.Results 19 patients were cured;4 patients leaved hospital with normal urine volume,and whose blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Scr) decreased gradually after cessation of APD;2 patients died of the complication of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Conclusion Bedside APD is a safe and effective method to treat patients with RM-ARF,elaborate nursing care ensures the fulfillment of the treatment.
