微波辐射对小鼠睾丸超微结构的影响

摘    要:本实验用频率为2.45GHz、功率密度为19mW/cm~2、20mW/cm~2的微波重复照射BALB/c小鼠,于透射电镜和扫描电镜下观察小鼠睾丸的变化。可见异常曲细精管中有生精细胞形状不规则、生精细胞脱落到管腔中以及无管腔等形态。精原细胞,精母细胞和早期精子细胞的异常主要见于线粒体空化、核周间隙扩张及核膜局部破损,晚期精子细胞主要见于核异形等。

Abstract:BALB/c mice were irradiated repeatedly with 2.45GHz microwave, and the ultrastructural changes of spermatogenic cells were examined under a scanning electron microscope and a transmisson electron microscope. After being irradiated, the hypospermatogenesis, solid tubule, sloughing of spermatogenic cells were mostly found. As the principal ultrastructural changes were dilatation of perinuclear space, the nuclear membrane breaking in local area and mitochrondrial emptying, the changes were similar to each other in spermatocytes, spermatogonia and early sperma-tids. Deformity in late spermatids was also found, suggesting endoplasmic reticular enlargement and cell membrane destruction in Leydig's cells.
