微泵法硬膜外自控镇痛分娩35例临床观察

目的 :减轻或消除产妇分娩时的身心痛苦。方法 :选择 3 5例自愿要求镇痛分娩的初产妇作为镇痛组 ,同期不愿行镇痛分娩的足月初产妇 3 5例为对照组 ,比较两组产妇在分娩时的疼痛程度及血压、呼吸、脉搏、产程、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血量等的差异。结果 :PCEA法分娩的血压、脉搏、呼吸、产程、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血与对照组比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;镇痛有效率达 10 0 % ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :PCEA分娩镇痛效果好 ,不影响血压、脉搏、呼吸、产程、新生儿评分及产后出血 ,值得临床推广应用

Observation of the effects of the clinic on the patient controlled epidural analgesia childbearing (Report of 35 cases)

Objective:To abate or eliminate the pain of body and mind of puerpera when childbearing.Methods:To compare the pain,blood pressure,breathe,pulse,course,labour mode,newborn Apgar grade and bleeding between thirty five who received controlled epidural analgesia childbearing and other thirty five without received controlled epidural analgesia childbearing.Results:The controlled epidural analgesia childbearing had not effect the blood pressure,pulse,breathe,labour mode,newborn Apgar grade and bleeding (P>0.05),but the rate of easing pain is 100 percent (P<0.01).Conclusion:PECA is a good method of childbearing.It is good for clinic spreaded application.
