加巴喷丁与卡马西平治疗糖尿病神经痛的临床疗效对比

目的 对比加巴喷丁和卡马西平治疗糖尿病患者神经痛的临床疗效和安全性.方法 46侧糖尿病合并神经性疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各23例.治疗组给予加巴喷丁治疗,对照组给予卡马西平治疗.运用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和睡眠干扰（SI）评价患者疼痛改善情况,观察2组患者治疗前和治疗后6周疗效和不良反应.结果 治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.6％和73.9％,差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0 05）;治疗组和对照组患者治疗后VAS和SI相比治疗前均显著改善（P＜0.01）;治疗6周后,治疗组VAS和SI评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 相比卡马西平,加巴喷丁治疗糖尿患并发病神经痛患者的镇痛效果更为明显,不良反应轻微.

Clinical efficacy comparison of gabapentin and carbamazepine on patients with diabetic neuralgia

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of gabapentin （GBP） and carbamazepine （CBZ） on diabetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 46 patients with diabetic neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group treated with GBP and control group with CBZ,23 cases for each group.Visual analogue scale （VAS） and sleep interference （SI） were used to evaluate the pain improvement,and the clinical efficacy and adverse responses of two groups before and 6 weeks after treatment were observed.Results The total clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 8 2.6 % and 7 3.9 % respectively,and the difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）.VAS and SI scores were improved evidently after treatment than treatment before in both groups （P〈0.01）,which were also markedly lower in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）.In addition,there was no significant difference between two groups in the rate of adverse responses （P 〉〉0.05）.Conclusion Compared with CBZ,GBP has more significant analgesia effect in patients with diabetic neuralgia with slight adverse responses.
