石家庄大中专院校肺结核疫情分析

目的 了解大中专院校肺结核患病情况,为防治结核病提供依据.方法 对2004年9月-2005年8月石家庄29所大中专院校结核病疫情进行回顾性流行病学调查分析.结果 1年内共发现肺结核病例181例,比上年同期增长41.40%;3所院校肺结核暴发流行,出现病例88例;两所院校连续3年无1例结核病例.结论 大中专院校肺结核疫情有增长趋势.学校医院应健全对结核病的监测、管理和监督治疗机制;政府和社会应不断完善结核病的宣教和防治体制,加强结核病防治,积极预防高校肺结核暴发流行.

Epidemiological Analysis of Pulmonary TB in College Schools in ShiJiaZhuang

Objective To acknowledge the prevalence and incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis and to establish evidence for the approach of treatment of TB in college schools. Method Retrospective epidemiological studies on tuberculosis infection were done at college schools in Shijiazhuang. Students entering school both in 2004 and 2005 were enrolled. Results Of these schools 181 students were infected with pulmonary tuberculosis, 41.40 % increased than that of the same time of last year. Outbreaks of TB that infected 88 students took place in three college schools. No patient was found in two schools during the three years. Conclusion Incidence of pulmonary TB increased in college schools. So it is necessary for college school hospitals to strengthen the guidelines on the, control and administration of TB treatment. Health education and approach of anti-tuberculosis treatment should be integrated for the government and social public in order to reduce the prevalence and outbreaks of TB in college schools.
