温胆汤联合托烷司琼治疗EC方案化疗所致重度呕吐临床研究

目的:观察温胆汤联合托烷司琼治疗EC方案化疗所致重度呕吐的临床疗效。方法:选取40例EC方案化疗后出现重度呕吐的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例,治疗组在化疗前1周开始给予温胆汤治疗至化疗当天停止,化疗期间依据患者情况予以托烷司琼对症治疗;对照组于化疗前及化疗期间给予托烷司琼止吐治疗。观察治疗后两组患者的呕吐程度及严重呕吐发生情况。结果:治疗组呕吐的程度较对照组轻,且严重呕吐发生情况较少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:温胆汤联合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致重度呕吐疗效显著。

Clinical Study of Wendan Decoction Combined with Tropisetronin in Treating for Severe Vomiting Induced by Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction combined with Tropisetronin in treating for severe vomi ting induced by chemotherapy.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.One week before chemotherapy,the treatment group was given Wendan Decoction till the day of chemotherapy begins.The control group was treated with Tropisetron before and during chemotherapy.The vomiting degree and the occurrence of severe vomiting in the two groups after treatment were observed.Results:The degree of vomiting is significantly different between the two groups:that of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group and less severe vomiting occurred (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Wendan Decoction combined with Tropisetronin has significant curative effect in treating for severe vomiting induced by chemotherapy.
