王立忠从瘀论治特发性血小板减少性紫癜经验

王立忠教授认为本病病机多"瘀血"为患,且"瘀血"贯穿疾病始终。毒热灼伤营血挟瘀致血热妄行,气不摄血、瘀血阻络乃其主要病机。王师强调治疗本病首要目标是防止出血和避免治疗相关的不良反应,而不应过分执着于血小板数值的增减。临证时应根据患者临床症状,辨病与辨证相结合,明确血瘀是特发性血小板减少性紫癜的关键致病因素,治疗上宜益气养血、凉血止血、清热解毒,并在此基础上重视活血化瘀药物的应用,气血阴阳同调,标本兼顾。

Experience of Wang Lizhong in Treating for Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Based on Theory of Stasis

The article introduces Professor Wang Lizhong's experience in treating Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Professor Wang considers the pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura is due to " blood stasis",which throughout the disease.Hemopyretic bleeding is caused by toxic heat burning blood with blood stasis.Qi dysfunction to blood control and obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis is the main pathogenesis.On the basis of accurate dialectic,nourishing Qi and blood,cooling blood and hemostasis,clearing away heat and toxic material and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis are taken as the main therapies.Harmonize Qi and blood as well as Yin and Yang,simuhaneously relive the treetop and aim at root of disease to obtain significant and lasting efficacy.
