温针灸治疗运动神经元病临床研究

目的:观察温针灸对运动神经元病(motor neurone disease,MND)的疗效及对患者日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)的影响。方法:选取40例运动神经元病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用温针灸联合常规治疗,2周为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效,并比较两组患者ADL评分与神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组有效率81.81%,对照组有效率50.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后ADL评分与神经功能缺损评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗有助于改善患者的日常生活活动能力,提高生活质量。

Clinical Study on Treatment of Motor Neuron Disease with Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion

Objective:To observe the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on motor neuron disease (MND) and the activities of daily living (ADL).Methods:Forty patients with motor neuron disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The treatment group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with routine treatment.The treatment course was 2 weeks and after 3 courses the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Patients' daily living activity score and neurological deficit score of both groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the treatment group was 81.81％ and that was 50.00％ in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The differences between the scores of the daily living activity and the neurological deficit of both groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can improve the ability of daily living activities and improve the quality of life of patients.
