针灸联合文蛤膏治疗癌性疼痛临床研究

目的:观察针灸联合文蛤膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例肺癌伴癌性疼痛患者随机分为3组,每组各30例,分别予以单纯针刺治疗、文蛤膏外敷治疗及针灸联合文蛤膏外敷治疗,比较治疗后各组的镇痛疗效及镇痛持续时间。结果:针刺加文蛤膏治疗组的镇痛效果和镇痛持续时间均明显优于普通针刺组和文蛤膏外敷组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);普通针刺组和文蛤膏外敷组镇痛效果、镇痛持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:针灸联合文蛤膏外敷治疗癌性疼痛效果明显。

Clinical Study of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Clam Cream in Treatment of Cancer Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with clam cream in treatment of pain caused by lung cancer.Methods:Ninety patients with lung cancer pain were randomly divided into three groups,with 30 people in each group.They were ordinary acupuncture group,clam cream group,acupuncture and moxibustion plus clam cream treatment group.The analgesic effects of each group before and after treatment were compared.Results:The analgesic effect and the duration of pain of the acupuncture and moxibustion in combination with clam cream were significantly better than that of the other two groups (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the acupuncture treatment group and clam cream group in these two indexes (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with clam cream in treatment of pain caused by lung cancer is obvious,which is worth applying into clinical practice more widely.
