穴位疗法治疗焦虑障碍研究进展

穴位疗法治疗焦虑障碍的临床研究主要存在以下问题:1作为循证医学,临床科研方案的设计应缜密严谨,但这常常是传统医学现代研究的弱项,现有的研究文献中对于研究中出现的病例脱落、不良反应、处理预案提及较少;2现有文献大部分只是在进行一般的临床总结或疗效观察,涉及基础研究的文献很少;3现有文献的焦虑障碍辨证分型标准不统一,缺乏横向的可比性,难以客观评价其疗效;4文献中记载的穴位治疗方法大多属个人经验,缺乏规范的随机、对照、重复及双盲研究;5本类研究样本量过小,同类型研究重复较多,随访观察时间不长,无法组织相关后续研究。针对目前穴位疗法治疗焦虑障碍研究中存在的不足,还要更加深入地进行切合临床实际、符合循证医学要求的研究,以期能更好地发挥中医学优势,为广大患者服务。

Research Progress of Acupoint Therapy in Treating for Anxiety Disorders

There are some problems in the clinical research of acupoint therapy in treating for anxiety disorder:① In TCM evidence-based medicine,the design of clinical scientific research should be meticulous and rigorous.Howerer,it is often the weak point of the traditional medical research and the incidences of case loss,adverse reactions,pre-arranged treatment planing are seldom mentioned in existing research research literature;② Most of the acupoint therapy practices in existing literature are from general clinical observations and the empirical study of the clinical efficacy in basic study is inadequate,the literature related to basic research;③ There is no uniform differentiation standard in existing literature on anxiety disorder,hence there is a lack of horizontal comparability,which make it difficult to evaluate the clinical efficacy objectively.④ The acupoint treatment methods described in the literature are mostly personal experience,being lack of standardized,randomized,controlled,duplicative and double-blind studies;⑤ The study sample size is too small yet there are many same type of repeating studies,with short period of follow-up time.Therefore,in order to improve the acupoint therapy study in treatment of anxiety disorder,it is necessary to carry out more in-depth researches based on the clinical practices to meet the requirements of evidence-based medicine and patients as well as displaying the advantages of TCM treatment.
