仙鹤草-马齿苋联用治疗细菌性痢疾的实验研究

目的:观察仙鹤草-马齿苋药对提取物对福氏志贺菌2a、福氏志贺菌4、宋内志贺菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌等致病菌株的联合抗菌作用。方法:采用棋盘试验法测定药对的不同浓度、不同溶媒提取物对各菌株的最低抑菌浓度,计算部分抑菌浓度(fractional inhibitory concentration,FIC)指数并判定联合效应,评价仙鹤草-马齿苋的联合抗菌作用。结果:仙鹤草-马齿苋药对水提液联合应用对福氏志贺菌2a、福氏志贺菌4、宋内志贺菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌的FIC指数分别为:0.675、0.486、0.236、0.115、0.236;醇提液联合应用时的FIC指数分别为:0.245、0.200、0.250、0.571、0.300。结论:仙鹤草-马齿苋药对提取液对福氏志贺菌4、宋内志贺菌、痢疾志贺菌菌株均表现为协同作用;其中水提液对福氏志贺菌2 a表现为相加作用,对大肠埃希菌表现为协同作用,而醇提液只对大肠埃希菌表现为相加作用;药对之间配伍均无拮抗作用。

Study on the Combined Use of Herba Agrimoniae-Purslane for Antibacterial Effect of Bacterial Dysentery

Objective:To study the combined antibacterial activity of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb-Portulacaoleracea L herb couple against Shigella flexneri 2a (F2a),Shigella flexneri 4 (F4),Shigella sonnei,Escherichia coli and shigella dysenteriae.Methods:The protocol was designed by checkboard method.The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb and Portulacaoleracea L in combination against bacillary dysentery were determined by agar plate method,and the factions inhibitory concentration (FIC) indexes was calculated for the evaluation of the conbined eddects.Results:The herb couple extract for water against F2a,F4,Shigella sonnei,Escherichia coli and shigella dysenteriae,the FIC index were 0.675,0.486,0.236,0.115,0.236;extract for alcohol for FIC were 0.245,0.200,0.250,0.571,0.300.Conclusion:The herb couple extract solution has synergistic action on F4,Shigella sonnei,shigella dysenteriae.The extract for water has additivity action on F2a.Only the extract for alcoh has additivity aciong on escherichia coli.No antagonistic actions are noted in drug pairs.
