加味人参养荣汤对宫颈癌化疗患者免疫功能和生存质量的影响

目的:观察加味人参养荣汤对宫颈癌化疗患者免疫功能和生存质量的影响。方法:将119例符合条件的患者分为对照组59例和观察组60例,对照组采用单纯化疗治疗,观察组在化疗基础上联合加味人参养荣汤口服,共治疗3个月。检测治疗后两组患者T淋巴细胞亚群CD_4~+、CD_3~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平及血清免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、IgA、IgM变化情况,评价生存质量及临床疗效,观察不良反应。结果:观察组有效率为65.00%,对照组有效率为45.76%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平及IgG、IgA和IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);化疗期间观察组骨髓抑制程度轻于对照组(P0.01),骨髓抑制出现时间晚于对照组(P0.01),平均恢复时间短于对照组(P0.01);观察组患者生存质量优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:人参养荣汤能改善宫颈癌化疗患者的免疫功能,减轻临床症状,提高生存质量,推迟骨髓抑制出现时间,促进骨髓抑制的恢复。

Effect of Jiawei Renshenyangrong Decoction on Immune Function and Quality of Life of Cervical Cancer Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jiawei Renshenyangrong decoction on immnune function and quality of life of cervical cancer patients.Methods:119 cases of patients were divided into the control group of 59 cases and the observation group of 60 cases.The control group was given chemotherapy treatmnent,and the observation group was treated with chemotherapy combined with Jiawei Renshenyangrong decoction,3 months of treatment.Detected T lymphocyte subsets CD4 +,CD3 +,CD4 +/CD8 + levels and serum immunoglobulin G (IgG),IgA,IgM changes of the two groups of patients after treatment,and evaluated the quality of life and clinical efficacy,observed adverse reactions.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 65.00％,and the control group was 45.76％,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05);CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 +/CDs + levels and IgG,IgA and IgM levels in the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01);during chemotherapy,assessmyelosuppression of the observation group was lighter than the control group (P ＜ 0.01),bone maTow suppression appeared time later than the control group(P ＜ 0.01),the average recovery time was shorter than the control group (P ＜ 0.01);quality of life of patients in the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Renshenyangrong decoction can improve the immune function of patients with cervical cancer chemotherapy,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,delay the time of bone marrow suppression,promote the recovery of bone marrow suppression.
