加味六君子汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察加味六君子汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者78例,随机分成两组,治疗组采用加味六君子汤联合化疗,对照组采用单纯化疗,分别评价两组患者的临床疗效、生存质量、临床症状改善情况及化疗不良反应等。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);生存质量、临床症状改善情况及化疗不良反应等方面,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:加味六君子汤联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,可提高患者的生存质量,改善临床症状,减轻化疗的不良反应,从而提高肿瘤控制效果。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Liujunzi Tang combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:78 cases of patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in treatment group were given Jiawei Liujunzi Tang combined with chemotherapy,while the control group received chemotherapy.The efficacy,quality of life and adverse drug reactions were evaluated between two groups.Results:There was sig nificant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P < 0.05).The results in the treatment group were superior than that of control group in respects of quality of life,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Liujunzi Tang combined with chemotherapy can enhance the quality of life,improve clinical symptoms,alleviate toxic reaction of chemother apy and increase the control effect in the treatment of NSCLC.
