“寒”与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症

寒邪病机的论述来源于《黄帝内经》,历代医家均对其有阐述及完善,而寒邪的病理实质是寒性收引、凝滞的病理状态,而并非单纯气候因素所致的病邪。因此,结合下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床证候、中医"阴阳观"及对寒邪的认识,可将下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的中医病机归纳为:脾肾阳虚为本,寒主收引、凝滞证候为标,热毒壅盛证候为其变。

Discussion on Cold and Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Cold pathogen pathogenesis from Huangdi Neijing,generations of physicians have expounded and completed the theory of cold evil,and the pathological essence of pathogenic cold is pathological state of cold having property of contraction and slowmoving,and not simply evils caused by climatic factors.Combined with the clinical syndrome of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,Chinese medicine "concept of Yin and Yang" and the understanding of the cold evil,the author thinks that the pathogenesis of arteriosclerosis obliterans:Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is the root and cold tending to contraction and slow-moving is the manifestation,excessive accumulation of heat-toxin is the variable.
