化疗联合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌临床研究

目的:观察化疗配合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法:选取中晚期食管癌患者54例,随机分治疗组27例,对照组27例。对照组予以GP方案化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服培正散结通膈汤,6个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、吞咽困难缓解情况,评价不良反应。结果:治疗后治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组吞咽困难缓解率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:化疗联合培正散结通膈汤治疗中晚期食管癌临床疗效显著,可降低化疗引起的不良反应,提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical Study of Chemotherapy Combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in treatment of advanced Esophageal cancer.Methods:Fifty-four patients with advanced Esophageal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group (n =27) and control group (n =27).The control group was treated with chemotherapy according to GP regimen.The treatment group was treated with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction in addition to that of the control group.After 6 courses of treatment,the clinical curative efficacy,the remission effects of dysphagia were observed and the adverse reactions of both groups were evaluated.Conclusion:The clinical curative efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The remission rate of dysphagia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy combined with Peizheng Sanjie Tongge Decoction can significantly reduce the adverse reaction caused by chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced Esophageal cancer.
