针灸医家承淡安与朱琏的比较研究

承淡安与朱琏是我国近现代为针灸事业发展不懈努力的两位医家代表,承淡安祖传中医世家,其父又是传统的针灸医生,同时受无锡江南一带中医前辈的学术影响较多,促使其学术根底有着深厚的传统中医学基础,在经络认识上能够回归古论。朱琏初为西医妇科医生,接受过系统的西医教育,以西医学为基础,先入为主,用西医神经理论解释经络。但纵观之,两位医家学术思想大同小异,均以西医解剖、神经、生物等理论描述腧穴及针刺效应机制,均提倡针灸科学化发展,一定程度上引导着当时的针灸理论研究朝着中西医结合方向发展,为整个针灸学科的发展指引新方向。

A Comparative Study of Acupuncture Doctor Cheng Danan and Zhu Lian

Cheng Danan and Zhu Lian are doctors representive the tireless efforts of our modern period for the development of acupuncture,their academic thoughts and clinical experience can guide the modern acupuncture development trajectory,and lay the foundation for the development of modern acupuncture science,open up a new road for the construction of modern acupuncture development system.Zhu Lian for Western medicine gynecologist at the earliest,accepted the systematic Western medicine Education,Western medicine as the basis,using the theory of Western medicine to explain meridian.Refer to many related research scholars about their life,academic and clinical experience and other related aspects of the two doctors,the comparative study on about the two doctors is very little,by comparing with Cheng Dan an Zhu Lian,talking about the two doctors on the similarities and differences in acupuncture science,mining the guiding role of two doctors on modern acupuncture scientific development direction.
