Caveolin-1及VEGF在膀胱尿路上皮癌的表达及其意义

【目的】探讨膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Caveolin-1与VEGF表达的临床意义。【方法】免疫组织化学法检测56例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织及10例正常膀胱组织Caveolin-1与VEGF的表达,及分析其表达与病理分级、临床分期的关系。【结果】正常膀胱组织中未见Caveolin-1与VEGF表达,膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Caveolin-1和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为41．07％,57．14％,其阳性表达率与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期相关。膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中Caveolin-1与VEGF表达正相关（r=0．786,P〈0．01）。【结论】Caveolin-1、VEGF可以作为判断膀胱尿路上皮癌分化程度及浸润性的一个指标。

Expression of Caveolin-1 and VEGF in Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

[Objective] To investigate the expression of caveolin-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of eaveolin-1 and VEGF in 56 cases of bladder, urothelial carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining. And the relationship between the expression of caveolin 1 and VEGF and path ological grade and clinical stage was analyzed. [Results]No caveolin 1 and VEGF expression was found in nor real bladder tissues. The positive expression rate of caveolin 1 and VEGF in the tissues of bladder urothelial carcinoma was 41.07% and 57.14%, respectively, and it was correlated with the pathological grade and clini cal stage. The expression of caveolin-1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma was positively related with the expression of VEGF （r = 0. 786, P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Caveolin-1 and VEGF can be used as indicators for determining the degree of differentiation and invasion of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
