糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的诊治分析

目的探讨糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的诊治,提高对二者的临床认识。方法分析38例糖尿病合并甲亢患者的一般资料、临床表现、实验室检查、诊断及治疗情况。结果糖尿病合并甲亢临床并不少见,可先后发病,亦可同时出现,二者的临床表现有相同之处,并存时病情加重,当患者以某种疾病的典型症状就诊时,应避免漏诊、误诊,治疗应二者兼治。结论无论是糖尿病合并甲亢,还是甲亢合并糖尿病,均应在治疗甲亢的基础上兼治糖尿病。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetes with Hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate thyroid function in diabetic patients with the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism to increase the clinical understanding of the two.Methods Analysis of 38 cases of hyperthyroidism in patients with diabetes mellitus with general information,clinical manifestations,laboratory examinations,diagnosis and treatment.Results The diabetic patients with clinical hyperthyroidism is not uncommon to have the disease,also at the same time,the clinical performance of two common,co-exist when the condition worsened,as some patients with typical symptoms of the disease when they seek medical treatment to avoid misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis,treatment should be both Virtue.Conclusion Both the diabetic patients with hyperthyroidism,diabetes mellitus or hyperthyroidism,should be in the treatment of hyperthyroidism based on the Virtue of diabetes.
