口服红霉素与吗丁啉联合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床观察

目的观察红霉素与吗丁啉联合应用治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法 62例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组32例、对照组30例,治疗组在常规治疗糖尿病的同时,治疗组应用吗丁啉10mg三餐前20~30min顿服,加用红霉素0.25三餐前20~30min顿服,连用4周,对照组只服用莫沙必利5mg三餐前20~30min服,疗程与治疗组相同,比较两组治疗前后的临床症状及X线检查6h钡剂排空情况。结果治疗4周后与对照组比较,治疗组有效率有显著差异(93.8%VS 73.3%,P<0.05)。结论红霉素与吗丁啉联合应用对糖尿病胃轻瘫有良好的治疗作用。

Clinical Observation of Peroral Erythromycin and Domperidone Therapy Diabetic Gastropathy

Objective To evaluate the effects of erythromycin and Domperidone in treatment for patients with diabetic gastropathy(DGP).Methods Sixty two DG patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32) and control group(n=30).The treatment group received Cisapride(10mg,three times a day,20-30 minutes before meals) and Domperidone(10mg,three times a day,20 minutes before meals) for 4 weeks.The control group received mosapride(5mg,three times a day,20-30 minutes before meals) treatment with the equivalent dosage as the treatmentgroup.Clinical symptoms before and after treatment and The X-ray 6 hours barium emptying were observed and compared between the treatment group and control group.Results After 4 weeks’ treatment,the effective rate in treatment group was significantly different from the control group(93.8% vs 73.3%,P<0.01).Conclusion Treatment of erythromycin in combination with Domperidone shows nice therapeutic effect for diabetic gastroparesis.
