生大黄治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的疗效观察

目的探讨生大黄在治疗重症急性胰腺炎中的疗效。方法选择2008年6月至2011年6月在我院住院的重症急性胰腺炎患者67例,随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=33),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予生大黄经胃管注入及保留灌肠。对比观察两组患者腹痛缓解时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、全身炎症综合征改善时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、住院时间。结果观察组腹痛缓解时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、全身炎症综合征改善时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用生大黄液经胃管注入及保留灌肠治疗重症急性胰腺炎有显著疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。

The Effect of Early Application of Rhubarb in Treating Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rhubarb by nasal feeding and retention enema for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 67 patients of SAP were randomly divided into observation group(n =34)and control group(n=33).The control group was received routine treatment including fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,nutritional support,use of somatostatin,antiinfection and inhibition of the secretion of pancreatic enzymes,while the observation group was given rude rhubard by nasogastric feeding and retention enema based on the control group.The relief time of abdominal pain,GI function recovery,SIRS improvement,amylase becoming normal and hospitalized days were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of abdominal pain,GI function recovery,SIRS improvement,amylase becoming normal and hospitalized days in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly highet than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Early rhubard therapy by nasogastric feeding and retention enema was effective in improving the conditions of SAP.
