| 摘 要： | 报道了１２例玫瑰糠疹合并荨麻疹病例。此种合并症少见，患者年龄偏大，临床症状较重，病程长，治疗也较困难、复杂。病因可能与感染、免疫功能障碍有关。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces 12 cases of pityriasis rosea complicated by urticaria. This Complication is rare. The patient is a little old. The clinical symptoms are severe and the course of disease is long. It is hard to treat this patient. It is worthwhile to do more research on whether the cause of disease is connected with infection or immunodeficiency or not |
