| 摘 要： | 目的观察司帕沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的疗效。方法将非淋菌性尿道炎60例患者随机分为两组，分别口服司帕沙星200mg和克拉霉素500mg，均晚餐后顿服，连续14d，停药1周后复查评价疗效。结果司帕沙星组的治愈率为72．12％，总有效率为90．21％，克拉霉素组治愈率为73．10％，总有效率为91．51％，两组的治愈率、总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论口服司帕沙星是治疗非淋菌性尿道的有效药物之一。 |
