饮用水中氨氮的离子色谱和水杨酸分光光度测定法

摘    要:目的确立离子色谱法测定生活饮用水中的氨氮的可行性。方法水样经0.45 nm的水性滤膜过滤,用ICS-3000离子色谱仪测定,并与水杨酸分光光度法进行比较。结果离子色谱法测定的相对偏差(RSD)为0.34%,加标回收率为99.0%~105.0%。水杨酸分光光度法测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.69%,回收率为97.2%~100.0%。两种方法测定结果经统计学检验,差异无统计学意义(t=1.76,P0.05)。结论离子色谱法精密度高,准确性好,操作简便,可同时测定多种阳离子,适用于饮用水中氨氮检测。

Abstract:[Objective]To realize the feasibility of determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water by ion chromatography.[Methods]The water samples were filtered by 0.45 nm aqueous filter membrane,and were determined by ICS-3000 ion chromatograph.The results were compared with the data of salicylic acid spectrophotometry.[Results]The relative standard deviation(RSD) of ion chromatography was 0.34%,and recovery of standard addition was 99.0%-105.0%.The RSD of salicylic acid spectrophotometry was 0.69%,and the recovery was 97.2%-100.0%.There was significant difference in results of two methods(t=1.76,P>0.05).[Conclusion]Ion chromatography shows high precision,good accuracy and simple operation.It can simultaneously determine various cations,and is suitable for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water.
