卵巢功能低下月经不调患者的中医证型及相关因素研究

目的:分析卵巢功能低下月经不调的中医证型和相关因素,以供今后的临床工作参考。方法:选择我院2010年10月～2011年9月收治的卵巢功能低下月经不调患者60例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其中医证型和相关因素。结果:卵巢功能低下月经不调的中医证型为肾阴亏虚证、肝郁气滞证,与患者年龄、初潮年龄、孕产次等因素有较大的关系。结论:卵巢功能低下月经不调与肝肾关系密切,更年期、初潮年龄较小、孕、产次较多的女性易发。

A research on TCM syndromes and related factors of patients with ovarian dysfunction,irregular menstruation

Objective:To analyze the TCM syndromes and related factors of patients with ovarian dysfunction, irregular menstruation, for the future clinical work of reference. Methods:60 patients with irregular menstruation were treated in our hospital from October 2010 to September 2011, and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed, to explore its TCM syndromes and related factors. Results:TCM type of ovarian dysfunction, irregular menstruation was kidney yin vacuity, qi stagnation, that related to patient age, age at menarche and maternal inferior factors. Conclusion:The ovarian dysfunction, irregular menstruation and liver and kidney are closely related to menopause, age at menarche is less prone to pregnancy, birth more women.
