萨木萨克油的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立萨木萨克油的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别丁香和大蒜;采用HPLC法检测大蒜素的含量。色谱柱:Wondasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1mL·L~(-1)甲酸(75∶25);柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长:210nm。结果薄层色谱法对丁香和大蒜的鉴别效果好,重复性好,阴性对照无干扰,其线性范围为9.99~199.85μg·mL~(-1)(r=0.999 8),回收率为100.9%(RSD=1.2%)。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于萨木萨克油的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard for Samusake Oil .Methods TLC was used for the identification of Caryo‐phylli f los and A llii sativi bulbus .HPLC was used for the determination of allicin .The separation was performed on Wondasil C18 column (150 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) with mobile phase consisting of methanol‐1 mL · L -1 formic acid (75∶25) at a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 .The oven was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm .Results The TLC identification of Caryophylli f los and A llii sativi bulbus showed excellent effect and good reproducibility .The negative control showed no interference .The linearity range of allicin was 9 .99‐199 .85 μg·mL -1 (r=0 .999 8) ,and the average recovery was 100 .9% (RSD=1 .2% ) .Conclusion The established method was simple ,accurate and reproducible and could be used for the quality control of Samusake Oil .
