福田区1997～2000年传染病漏报调查

目的 探讨法定传染病疫情的报告情况和漏报原因,为制订传染病防治策略提供理论依据。方法 采用随机抽样方法对辖区内医疗机构进行流行病学调查。结果 医疗机构漏报率为0.98％,甲乙类传染病漏报率为0.64％,丙类传染病漏报率为2.10％,漏报较严重的病种是流行性腮腺炎,漏报率为4.86％;医疗机构传染病报告卡填写完整率为85.00％,报告及时率为88.97％。结论 传染病疫情报告存在漏报、迟报情况,应不断完善报告制度,提高报告质量。

Analysis of the mis-reported cases of infectious diseases in Futian distract of Shenzhen (1997-2000)

Objective To investigate the reasons for mis - reported cases and to furnish theoretical foundation for the control of infectious diseases. Methods Hospitals were selected and studied with random sampling method. Results The rate of mis - reported cases was 0.98% in medical institutions, the rate of the first and second kinds of infectious diseases was 0.64% , and the rate of the third kind was 2.10% . Mumps was highly mis - reported cases, its rate was 4.68%; 85 percent of the information cards of infectious disease were completed; 88 .97 percent of the cases were reported in time. Conclusion Some infectious diseases are mis - reported, the report system should be improved, and the report quality should be enhanced.
