散叶甘蓝对亚硝酸钠诱发小鼠微核的影响

摘    要:[目的]观察散叶甘蓝(Savaycabbage)蔬菜汁对亚硝酸钠亚急性染毒诱发小鼠外周血微核的拮抗作用。[方法]小鼠亚急性外周血多染红细胞微核试验。[结果]散叶甘蓝蔬菜汁可拮抗亚硝酸钠的遗传毒性,使外周血微核率(MN‰)降低到自发水平,且这种效应强度与阳性对照维生素C一致。在一定剂量范围内,随着散叶甘蓝菜汁中还原型维生素C浓度增加,其拮抗微核作用增强。[结论]散叶甘蓝的抗微核作用并非还原型维生素C单一因素作用的结果,而可能是多种有效成分协同或相加作用的结果。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe anti mutation effect of savay cabbage against micronucleus for mutation in peripheral blood induced by sodium nitrite in mice Sub acute micronucleus test in peripheral polychromatic erythrocytes of mice was performed Micronucleus incidence induced by sodium nitrite was significantly decreased by savay cabbage automatic level,with same result as vitamin Ccontrol grop What's more,at a certain range of sdosage with the inease of concentration of reductive vitamin C, savay cabbage shows ineased anti mutation effect [Conclusions]The anti mutation effect of savay cabbage was not due to Vitamin C only It suggested the additional or synergistic joint actions of several different substances co existing in savay cabbage
